We are committed to our clients and our team will guide you through the building journey from the design process, approval stage up until receiving the keys once your home is built.

Listed below are all the stages that are part of our your building journey.


We offer custom designs or you can choose from some of our  favourite home designs available for easy selection. Have a chat with our sales team to discuss what you would like to achieve out of your dream home. Our sales process is designed to be simple and easy to understand. You can also customize one of our standard homes to suit your needs best. We will work with you to achieve, what you are after, within your budget until you are happy.

Building Approvals

The approval process can be daunting and depending on the type of approval, there may be a lot of information and supporting documents required. At the beginning of the approval stage, the home design you have selected, along with your block of land will be assessed to ascertain which type of approval process you project can be submitted by. Our Pre-Construction team are experienced in all approval processes and are readily available to discuss any queries you may have throughout the process.

Colour Selections 

Our Colour Consultant can either guide you through a custom colour experience or has pre-selected colour schemes for both the internal and external areas of the home ready to go depending on whether you will be living in the home or building the home for an investment. The process is quick and simple with a variety of options to select from.


Your build time will depend on the type of home you’re building. You will be assigned with an experienced site supervisor to coordinate the whole build and a Construction Customer Service Officer to make sure you’re updated weekly along the way and available to answer any questions you may have. You will also have the opportunity to attend the site with the site supervisor at the critical stages of the build.


Once the final inspection is completed by the building Certifier at the end of the build, your Construction Customer Service Officer will contact you to organise a time to meet with the Site Supervisor to have a final walk through of your new home and document any items that need to be finalised, making sure they are actioned promptly. The handover can either be completed on site or in our office once the outstanding items from the final inspection have been completed and the final invoice has been paid. We are also experienced in liaising directly with real estates if the property is to be tenanted.

Warranty Period

Our maintenance team are readily available to assist you through the 90 day maintenance and warranty period if any issues were to arise. Documented issues are organised by our team to be rectified as promptly as possible. Whether you are living in the home or it is tenanted, we can work directly with the home owner or real estate.
